Participant Runtime & Identity
This section explains how Eventene supports participants and organizers at runtime — during the Event itself — and how participant identity persists across Events.
The Mobile App is the central surface here. Most of what is described in this section happens there.
Audience note: Despite the section name, this content serves two audiences. Articles on Personas, Digital Badges, and Guest Registration are written for both participants and the organizers who configure them. Articles on Runtime Operations and QR Codes & Scanning are oriented toward organizers and Event Staff running the Event day-of. If you're an Event Staff volunteer arriving here for check-in workflows, jump straight to Runtime Operations.
