Subscription Plans & Pricing

Overview

Eventene offers a free tier and a paid subscription plan.

The paid plan starts with Essentials, which unlocks the core capabilities needed to run programs at scale. Additional features can be added through optional add-ons, allowing you to tailor the system to your organization’s needs.

Current prices, limits, and add-ons are published on the Eventene pricing page.

This article explains how plans are structured. For changing plans, see Upgrade or Downgrade Your Plan.

How It Works

Free plan

Anyone can create an account at no cost.

The Free plan is designed for: - Participants attending programs or events - Individuals helping manage programs within an organization they are invited to

Users on the Free plan can collaborate within paid organizations if invited by an Owner or Admin.

The Essentials plan is the base paid plan for organizations running programs. It is billed annually.

It includes:

  • Unlimited Program cycles
  • Up to 1,500 participants per program
  • Centralized program scheduling
  • Dedicated websites per program or event
  • Real-time program communications
  • Reporting and visibility
  • Payments through Stripe
  • Points and rewards
  • Additional team members for your organization
  • Dedicated account support

In addition to Essentials, you can extend your account with optional add-ons.

Add-ons

Add-ons allow you to customize Eventene beyond the base plan.

Examples include:

  • Consulting — assistance with event planning and program configuration
  • Branded App — a custom mobile app with your branding, published in the Apple and Google app stores
  • Custom Reporting — tailored analytics and reporting beyond standard views
  • Lead Generation — tools for sponsors and exhibitors to collect leads using badge scanning and surveys

See the pricing page for current pricing and availability.

Who can change the plan

Only the Owner and Admins can change the Organization’s plan.

Organizers and other roles cannot modify subscription or billing settings.

Tips & Best Practices

  • Always confirm current pricing, limits, and add-ons on the pricing page — details may change over time
  • Choose add-ons based on your actual program needs rather than enabling everything upfront
