Branding & Customization
Eventene offers two distinct ways to apply your organization's branding: Custom Branding (included with paid plans) and the Branded App (a separate paid add-on). They work at different levels.
Custom Branding
Custom Branding lets your organization's identity show up in everyday participant communications and surfaces.
You can customize:
- Organization logo — appears in the header of emails sent through Send and in the footer of Webforms
- Organization contact info (name, phone, address) — appears in email footers and on Webform pages
- Mobile App customization — your logo and contact info also surface in the Mobile App where appropriate
The Eventene logo still appears at the bottom of every email and Webform alongside your branding — Eventene's presence is not removed. Custom Branding makes the experience feel like yours; it doesn't white-label the underlying platform.
Where to set it up
In the Web App, open your Organization account settings and look for the branding section. You'll upload your logo (PNG recommended for transparent backgrounds) and enter your organization contact info.
The changes apply to all your Events automatically. There's no per-Event branding configuration — branding lives at the Organization level.
When customers see it
- In every email you send via Send (Invitations, Updates, Confirmations, Payment Reminders, etc.)
- In every Webform participants use to register
- In the Mobile App in surfaces where organization context is shown
The Mobile App's overall design and navigation are not customized — only the organization-identity elements (logo, contact info).
Branded App
For organizations that want a fully branded mobile experience, Eventene offers the Branded App as a separate paid add-on. This is distinct from Custom Branding.
The Branded App is a custom white-label build of the Eventene Mobile App:
- Published in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store under your organization's name and icon
- Looks like your app — your branding, not Eventene's
- Same underlying Eventene platform; same features
- A unique name and icon visible in the participant's app launcher
The Branded App is available as a separate annual add-on, not bundled with any subscription tier. If your organization wants this level of branding control, contact Eventene to discuss the setup.
Choosing between the two

For most organizations, Custom Branding is sufficient. The Branded App is appropriate when an organization's brand presence in app stores matters — typically large associations, schools, or member organizations where their identity needs to lead.
What's not customizable
A few things remain consistent regardless of branding level:
- Eventene's logo appears in the footer of standard emails and Webforms (Custom Branding does not remove it)
- The core layout and navigation of the Mobile App and Webforms is consistent across organizations
- System emails (registration confirmations, payment receipts) follow Eventene's standard templates with your branding inserted
