Stay Connected
Eventene keeps you informed by email — and, if you use the mobile app, through in-app notifications. Most messages include a link or button that takes you straight to your personalized view, so you do not have to log in manually.
What you may receive
- Invitation emails — give you a link to start registration
- Reminder emails — prompt you to finish if you started but did not complete
- Confirmation emails — confirm your registration or attendance
- Update emails — share changes to schedules or activities
- Assignment emails — show your placement (table, room, role)
- Payment reminders — if you have an outstanding payment
In a browser
Click the button in any email. It opens your personalized view in your browser. You can bookmark the page so you can return later without finding the email again.
In the mobile app
Email links open in the Eventene app when it is installed. You may also get in-app notifications about updates, reminders, and changes — useful when you do not want to rely on email alone. If you are using the mobile app, you may rely less on email, since updates and your schedule are available directly in the app.
Tips
- Keep recent emails from the organizer; the link in any one of them gets you back in
- If you stop getting emails, check your spam folder or contact the organizer
- Unsubscribing from emails may stop important reminders — only do it if you really want to opt out of all messages
