Register Multiple People with One Email Address
One email address can cover more than one person. Parents register their children, couples share an inbox, and team leads sign up their team — all from a single address.
What you'll see
After you enter your email address (and verify it, if you're asked to), you land on Group Registration with the heading Register your group. Everyone associated with your email address for this event is listed, and you select a person to work on.
Each person's card shows:
- Their name
- How far along their registration is — Not started, In progress, or Complete
- Whether they're attending
- Primary, on the person the group is anchored to — usually whoever the invitation was addressed to
Select a card to open that person's registration. When you finish one, Register another person takes you back to the list, and Return to group registration overview does the same at any point.
Registering each person
Each person has their own registration. You complete them one at a time:
- Select a person from the list
- Choose their activities and answer their questions
- Pay for them if there's a charge — or pay for several people together, depending on how the organizer set the event up
- Go back to the list and select the next person
Each person keeps their own activities, answers, attendance, and payment history. Finishing one doesn't finish the others.
Adding someone who isn't listed
If the organizer allows it, you'll see Add people above the list. Selecting it opens Add a person, where you give a first and last name, choose Add person, and confirm.
Take care with the spelling — once confirmed, you can't change a name or remove the person yourself. Contact the organizer if you need an adjustment.
Some events limit how many people you may add. If you reach the limit, the option stops being offered; ask the organizer if you need more.
If someone is missing from the list
- They may be registered under a different email address — try that one
- The organizer may not have added them to this event yet
- Contact the organizer, who can add them or point you at the right address
