Delete Your Eventene Account

Overview

This article explains how to delete your Eventene account and what happens when your account is deleted. It applies to participants who access Eventene through the Falcon mobile app, the Sparrow participant experience, or Webforms.

Account deletion requests are handled by Eventene Support. There is no self-service delete button, so the steps below describe how to request deletion by email.


Requesting Account Deletion

If you would like to delete your Eventene account, contact Eventene Support at support@eventene.com.

When contacting support, include:

  • Your full name
  • The email address associated with your account
  • The organization or event you participated in (if known)

For security purposes, account deletion requests should be submitted from the email address associated with your Eventene account whenever possible.

Our support team will review your request and process your account deletion.


What Happens When Your Account Is Deleted?

When your account deletion request is processed:

  • Your Eventene account credentials will be removed.
  • Personal profile information associated with your account may be deleted or anonymized where appropriate.
  • Records maintained by event organizers — including registrations, attendance history, payments, messages, and other event-related information — may be retained according to the organizer's policies and applicable legal requirements.
  • Certain information may be retained when required for legal, accounting, fraud prevention, security, or compliance purposes.
