Find Your Activities and Schedule
After you register, you can come back at any time to see what you signed up for, view your schedule, and check details for each activity.
What you can see
- The activities you are attending
- Times, locations, and any descriptions provided by the organizer
- Any assignments (such as a table, room, or role)
- Updates from the organizer
In a browser
Open the link the organizer sent you, or click any recent email — the link takes you straight to your personalized view. Bookmark the page if you want to return without searching for the email later.
In the mobile app
Open the Eventene app. Your programs are already there — you do not need a fresh link each time.
If you do not see what you expect
- Double-check that you are using a current link, or that you are signed in to the right account in the app
- Some activities only appear if you opted in during registration — see Update Your Responses if you want to change your selections
- If you still cannot see something the organizer mentioned, contact them directly
