Filter Using Tags

Tags make it easy to find and work with specific people or activities. By applying filters, you can quickly focus on the items that matter most.

Where You Can Use Tag Filters

Tag filters are available in several areas of Eventene:

  • Groups – filter people within a group
  • Activities – filter activities by category or type
  • Track – focus on specific participants or responses

Filters help you narrow down large lists into manageable views.

Filter People by Tag

  1. Open a group
  2. Go to the People tab
  3. Open the Filters menu
  4. Select one or more tags

Only people with the selected tags will be shown.

Filter Activities by Tag

  1. Open your program
  2. Go to the Activities tab
  3. Open the Filters menu
  4. Select one or more tags

This helps you organize and manage activities by category.

Combine Tag Filters

You can apply multiple tags at once to refine your results.

  • Select multiple tags to broaden or narrow your view
  • Combine tags with other filters (such as fields or attendance status)

This allows you to create highly targeted views of your data.

  • Find all VIP participants
  • View all Workshop activities
  • Identify High Priority items
  • Filter participants by role or category
